Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you browse paytech.studio or contact us through it.

Last updated

These terms govern your use of paytech.studio (the "site"), operated by PayTech Studio, part of PayTech Group. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of this site

The site is provided to give an accurate picture of PayTech Studio's work, capabilities and open roles, and to make it easy to get in touch. You may browse and share its content for those purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site and everything on it — including text, graphics, logos, layouts and code — is owned by or licensed to PayTech Studio and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Content you submit

Anything you send us through the contact form, by email or as part of a job application remains yours, but you give us permission to use it to respond to you, evaluate an application or otherwise carry out the purpose for which you sent it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, including client work, press coverage and hiring platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any site we do not operate. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of it.

No warranty

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayTech Studio and PayTech Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or how we operate it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence.
